Printable Calendar with Notes

Keep dated appointments in the month grid and undated tasks in the column beside it. This monthly planner includes separate goals, to-do and notes sections on the same printed page.

A place for tasks without a date

Write appointments and deadlines in the day boxes. Use Goals for the month’s priorities, To-do for errands that can happen any day, and Notes for reminders you want to keep beside the calendar. The side column is part of the Planner layout and stays on the page when you download.

Notes column or notes strip?

The default landscape Planner reserves a full column for writing. For a simpler lined strip below the month, choose Classic and leave Notes area on. A one-page yearly calendar has small dates and no notes area, so keep Monthly selected when writing space matters.

Print a matching set

Choose the holiday region and Sunday or Monday start before downloading. The one-page button saves only the selected month; the 12-page button saves the whole selected year with the same layout. For a binder, check the printer preview before duplex printing and leave room for your punch holes.
