How to print your calendar

  1. Pick the right paper size

Choose Letter in the US and Canada, or A4 almost everywhere else. Select the same size in your printer dialog.

  2. Print at 100% (actual size)

In the print dialog set scaling to Actual size or 100%. “Fit to page” also works, but may add a slightly wider margin.

  3. Check the orientation

Landscape calendars print best with orientation set to Landscape. Most PDF viewers pick this automatically.

  4. Use heavier paper for wall calendars

A matte paper of 120–160 gsm (32–43 lb) keeps a wall calendar flat. Regular 80 gsm paper is fine for planners and binders.

  5. Print all 12 months at once

On any monthly calendar choose Download all 12 months to get a single PDF, then print it double-sided or bind it at the top.

  6. Save ink

The Minimal template has no grid lines, and the Ink color uses dark grey instead of color.
